Kofi is a seasoned entrepreneur and the Founder & Managing Principal of Avotri Odoom & Co. LLC. With over a decade of experience, he specializes in CFO services, financial planning & analysis, and capital formation.
Kofi has successfully structured and submitted over $750 million in funding requests, including complex deals for plant and equipment, land development, and construction. His expertise spans investor-ready business plans, detailed financial models, due diligence support, and lender negotiations.
With a deep background in commercial credit and risk assessment, Kofi is a trusted partner to founders, private investors, and financial institutions alike. His mission: to equip growth-stage companies with the tools and capital strategies they need to thrive.
Edem Avotri, PhD, MBA, CMA
Managing Partner
Edem brings over two decades of experience in the financial industry, starting his career as a stockbroker and advancing into leadership roles including Investment Manager and Vice President of Commercial Banking.
As a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Edem upholds the highest standards of financial integrity and performance. He holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and an MBA in Finance, combining deep academic knowledge with hands-on financial expertise.
Edem is recognized for his strengths in deal structuring, financial analysis, and project management, with an innovative and strategic approach that has driven success across a wide range of financial initiatives. His leadership ensures that Avotri Odoom & Co. delivers not just compliance, but true strategic impact for every client.
